Cannot Install Plugins into Ableton Live Lite

I received a Focusrite Scarlett Solo Studio package for Christmas and it came bundled with some plugins and links to download Pro Tools First and Ableton Live Lite. Pro Tools doesn't work, thankfully Ableton Live does and I'm trying to install the plugins I've received but they don't appear inside the plugins folder. Currently I have the Red 2 & Red 3 Plugin Suite and the SoftTube Time and Tone Bundle installed on my computer (I can locate them in my Programs and Features) but neither show up in my folder. I've enabled the VST Plugin folder and directed it towards where Red 2 and Red 3 are installed but no work. I'm not sure where SoftTube is installed or if they're even VST's since they had to be downloaded and installed through some obnoxious DRM Gobbler. I'm quite frustrated because I've already spent a lot of time trying to make Pro Tools work before switching to Ableton, and while it starts up I'm having a different set of issues. Any fixes I find on the internet tend to be overly simplistic and don't solve my problem. Windows 10 64bit. Thanks for any help.
