Fairy Tail Sub Kissanime

After 3 years streaming from kissanime I've decided to switch.

I've always praised kissanime for their high quality videos, clean interface, and no commercials, however the ads have gotten out of control with all the popups and whatnot. In addition it's too hard to get ad block working correctly even after following all the helpful instructions everyone has had on this subreddit. I saw in another post recommending 9anime.to instead. So far it is just as clean and just as high quality streaming and the best part is that there are no ads even without adblock/ublock origin turned on (as far as I know). There is one thing though I am confused about: 9anime.to lists kissanime.to at the bottom of every page. Are they affiliated? I clicked on the link and it is still 9anime just with all kissanime episodes available?
