I often get asked: Can I use one Bluebeam Revu license on two (or more) computers?
The answer is yes, you can install Revu on two (or more) computers and manually transfer the license between them. These are the steps you will need to follow to do so:
1) On the computer you have the license on make sure you are connected to the internet and follow these steps:
• a) Open Revu.
• b) Click Help > Unregister.
2) On the computer you want to move the license to make sure you are connected to the internet and follow these steps:
• a) Open Revu.
• b) Click Help > Register.
• c) If needed, copy and paste the Serial Number and Product Key from the license certificate email, into their corresponding boxes on the Registration dialog.
• d) Click Register and then click Finish.
The key is to make sure you unregister from the one computer before you register the license on the second computer. After you do this transfer the first time it becomes much easier because you won't need to copy and paste the Serial Number and Product Key as that information get's stored on the computer.
If you have any Bluebeam Revu questions, please contact me, I am happy to help.
